I haven t thrown up any and I ve had some diarrhea but thats because of my menstrual cycle. General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is due to severe gastritis secondary to acid reflux.

As a first line management, you can take antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist you can consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
